Broadacre and infill parcels suited to staged lot releases — raw, partially serviced, or DA-approved. Typically tens of lots per stage.
Medium-Density Sites
Zoned or DA-ready land for townhouse and house communities, circa 50–150 dwellings. Established suburbs with existing infrastructure preferred.
Industrial Land
Well-located holdings suited to warehouse, trade and logistics use — motorway access and appropriate zoning matter more than size.
Premium Single Blocks
Individual sites for standalone homes, entry through premium tier, where the land itself — not just an approval — carries the value.
